  • Provide exceptional travel consultancy and customer services
  • Provide ticketing and tour reservations sevices
  • Attend to phone, email and walk-in enquiries
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and call servicing levels
  • Occasional duty travel assignments are possible in this position
  
  
• Skill Requirement
  • Ability to handle very well-travelled, informed and discerning clientele
  • Possess confidence, knowledge and skills-set to handle high demands
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin with good written communication skills
  • Willing to work shifts and weekends as and when required
  • Relevant experience in an FIT environment at a reputable travel agency preferred
  • Hands-on knowledge of Galileo / Abacus CRS system preferred
  • Ability to start immediately or within short notice period preferred

• Job Description
  • Manage the day-to-day development, improve overall usability and efficiency of the Company’s Web pages
  • Provide support to internal staff and end users
  • Working with respective departments to ensure that the Web contains up-to-date information
  • Participate in project discussion, implementation and vendor management
  • Monitor the content and structure of all pages, preparing photographic, graphics and text images associated with the corporate pages, and assisting departments in the development of their pages
  • Handle and prepare contents for email newsletters to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide strategic insights & recommendations on web/online marketing
  
  
• Skill Requirement
  • Possess a clear understanding of web analytics, SEO/SEM strategies, e-mail best practices, website development, and user experience
  • Experience in e-mail marketing and other online marketing tactics preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Macromedia Flash or other web designing tools preferred
  • Possess excellent quantitative analysis and written/verbal communication skills
  • An organized person with a highly entrepreneurial spirit, with ability to function independently as well as in a team
  • Candidates with work experience in a travel industry will have a highly competitive advantage
