Earlier Flight Closure Time
To provide greater flight punctuality to passengers, both Singapore
Airlines and SilkAir have been closing their check-in and boarding
gates for their flights departing from Singapore earlier.
All SIA and SilkAir flights departing from Singapore have stopped
accepting passengers for check-in at 40 minutes to departure
time, even if there are confirmed reservations. This include passengers
who have already done advance check-in via phone, internet or facsimile.
Boarding gates have been closing 10 minutes before the flights' scheduled
time of departure. Passengers who are not at the boarding gate when
the gate closes will be denied boarding and offloaded.

Relocation Of Singapore Airlines Shuttle
Ticket Sales Counter
With immediate effect, Singapore Airlines' sales counter for shuttle
tickets to Kuala Lumpur at Passenger Terminal Building 2 (PTB2) has
been relocated to the main SQ Ticket Office, located at #026-023/024
in PTB2.
