Singapore Airlines will begin a 3x weekly service to Abu Dhabi (AUH) effective 1 March 2006 . Singapore to Abu Dhabi services will operate on Wed/Thu/Sun. From Abu Dhabi , the flights will continue on to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia .
Singapore Airlines will also begin a 3x weekly service to Moscow (MOW) effective 1 March 2006 via Dubai (DXB). Our Singapore to Moscow services will operate on Mon/Wed/Fri and the return flight will operate on Tue/Thu/Sat.

United Airlines has modified its free checked bags policy for international travel, with a new weight limits of 50 lbs. (23 kg) each for up to two pieces.
The new policy will apply to international travel to/from the US and all international destinations.
Summary of United's International Free Checked Baggage Allowance:
- Economy Class customers: Two pieces of free checked baggage up to a maximum weight of 50 lbs. (23 kg) each; Maximum linear dimensions: 62 inches (157 cm) each.
- United First or Business Class customers: Two pieces of free checked baggage up to a maximum weight of 70 lbs. (32 kg) each; Maximum linear dimensions: 62 inches (157 cm) each.
- United's 1K Premier Executive, Premier Executive and Star Alliance Gold members: Three pieces of free checked baggage up to a maximum weight of 70 lbs. (32 kg) each; Maximum linear dimensions: 62 inches (157 cm) each.
- Checked baggage over 50 lbs. (23 kg) and not exceeding 70 lbs. (32 kg) will be charged at the rate of S$25 per piece.
- Fees for baggage over 70 lbs (32 kg) or exceeding the maximum linear dimensions vary by destination. Contact United or your travel agent prior to your trip for details.
